Hi everyone,

Hi,
I keep on getting rejected for github education. I submitted the proof of registration by the university with university logo that clearly states that I am following an online master. Name, address everything is the same as on github. I updated my github account name, picture, bio, billing information, my university e-mail address, I forked my university coursework to the github account to show that I am working on my university's assignments. I have absolutely no clue what else I can possibly do. The rejection e-mail does not state anything, I have not done yet. I applied 4 times. Any suggestions? I am doing a part-time master online next to my job in a different country then my university is located.

Same problem for me, I've tried with my contract and deparment homepage, it was working until last year...

You should check the document type , mismatch of name on the document or country mismatch and if still rejected then you should try contacting GitHub support and ask whats the reason for the rejection

The UI just allow to upload a picture, I took my contract with details, no luck.
It's seems not possible to contact support
