Hi everyone,

Hello,

I am a student at Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), India.

My GitHub Student Developer Pack application has been rejected 5 times despite providing valid documents.

I submitted:

• IGNOU Student ID Card
• June 2026 Hall Ticket
• Re-registration Record

My GitHub profile name and billing information match my academic documents.

The rejection reasons repeatedly mention:

• School name not detected
• Date not detected
• Name mismatch
• Academic status could not be verified

However, my documents clearly show:

• Name: SAHIL MOHAN
• Enrollment Number: 2108561181
• University: Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU)
• Current academic affiliation (June 2026 examination)

IGNOU is an Open and Distance Learning (ODL) university.

Has any IGNOU student recently been approved? Are there any additional requirements for distance-learning students?

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Hey there, I'm no expert really but since you have a personnal email I guess It makes auto verification harder? Anyways just an idea but maybe match the name so SAHIL MOHAN instead of Sahil Mohan and fill the company with Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU)
