it says:We were unfortunately not able to verify your academic status. Please address the following issues and apply again.

that generic "we were unfortunately not able to verify your academic status" message is the standard rejection text and unfortunately github doesnt give a specific reason on purpose,,, but here's the usual suspects for student applications and how to check each one :

most common reasons for instant/quick rejection.

• name mismatch ,,, your full name on github (settings → public profile) must match your school ID/transcript exactly, including middle names and accents.
• document is a photo instead of PDF ,,,, if you uploaded a phone photo of your student ID or transcript, try exporting an official PDF from your school portal instead, OCR handles PDFs way better,
• document date too old ,,, the doc should be dated within the last 6 months and the date must be clearly visible, not cut off.
• school name not recognized ,,, your university's full official name needs to appear on the document, not just a logo.
• email mismatch ,, if you have a school email (.edu or similar), make sure its set as the primary email on your github account, not just verified.

what to do now?

• since you've already been rejected twice within 16 minutes of each other, wait the full 7 days before applying again ,,, reapplying too quickly can trigger rate-limiting and make things worse.
• while you wait, double check your github profile name matches your school ID character for character.
• try a different document next time ,,, a current enrollment letter/proof of enrolllment (often available as PDF download from your student portal) tends to work better than a basic student ID photo.
• set your school email as primary if you havent already,

well thanks for letting me know all that
1-the name is the same
2 the document i tried both my university ID and my semester schedual still didn't work
3-document is up to date
4-it should be on every document
5-email thing no it's the primary

so to be honest i really don't know the issue but thanks so much for your feedback i hope i can find a way
