hey @abraver 👋. the greyed out "start an application" button right after a rejection is most likely a cooldown period ,,,github doesnt let you instantly reapply after a rejection, theres usually a short lockout (often a few hours, sometimes up to 24) before the button becomes clickable again. since your screenshot shows it was rejected only 16 minutes ago, that timing lines up exactly with this. while you wait, double check both fixes are fully done.
what to try?
if the button is still greyed out after 24+ hours and both name fields are confirmed matching, that would be worth flagging as an actual bug,,,, but id give it some time first since the rejection was very recent. good luck ❤️❤️❤️ |

Re-verification/Repeat Application
Hi everyone,
I recently received an email asking me to re-validate my faculty status. My first attempt was rejected due to billing information not matching. I have resolved that issue, but am unable to re-apply—the "start an application" button is greyed out (see screenshot).
I have tried from multiple browsers, multiple devices, and cleared caches.
Any help would be appreciated!
