Hi everyone,

Hello ,

I was recently approved for the GitHub Student Developer Pack; however, I am unable to access the benefits included in the pack like GitHub Copilot Pro. Although my application status shows as approved, the benefits do not appear to be available on my account, and I am unable to redeem or use them.

Congratulations on being approved for the GitHub Student Developer Pack!

In some cases, Student Developer Pack benefits do not become available immediately after approval. It can take a few hours or even a few days for all benefits, including GitHub Copilot Pro, to be activated and linked to your account.

A few things you can check:

1. Ensure you are signed in to the same GitHub account that was approved for the Student Developer Pack.
2. Visit the Student Developer Pack benefits page and verify that the offers are listed as available to redeem.
3. Check your GitHub billing and Copilot settings to see whether the Copilot Pro subscription has been applied.
4. If you were approved recently, wait 24–72 hours for the benefits to fully provision.

If the issue persists after that period, I recommend contacting GitHub Education Support directly through the GitHub Education support channels, as they can review your account status and verify whether there is a provisioning issue.

Hola, a mi me pasa exactamente lo mismo, tengo aprobado el paquete para desarrolladores estudiantiles hace casi en mes, y no tengo acceso a ningún beneficio, ya he intentado todo, estoy esperando que den respuesta a mis consultas.
