Hi everyone,

Hi GitHub Education Team,
I am writing to respectfully request a manual review of my student application for user @ilmwr-rimw. My application has been automatically rejected 15 times, and I believe the system's automated OCR is having a hard time parsing my school's documents correctly.
To prove my legitimate enrollment, I have gathered every possible piece of evidence and attached them at the end of this post. Here is the timeline of what I have tried to provide:
Physical Student ID: Initially, I submitted my physical card. However, our university issued this as an integrated bank card with text completely in Vietnamese, which likely caused the initial automated rejections.
Digital Student ID: Secondly, I switched to our university's official mobile application, using the digital student ID displayed in English, but it was also rejected by the bot.
Official Student Portal: Finally, I used our web-based Student Portal entirely switched to English (showing my active enrollment status and my name VU TIEN DUNG matching my GitHub profile).
Since the automated system still failed to verify my academic affiliation despite this crystal-clear digital proof, I am providing a complete bundle of verification screenshots below to show everything is 100% matched.
Please note: For privacy and security reasons on this public community forum, I have masked some sensitive personal IDs in the attached images below. However, rest assured that the official documents I uploaded directly through the application portal are completely unedited and fully visible.
List of attached proofs below:
Academic Proofs: My physical student card, my digital online student ID, and full screenshots of my official English Student Portal.
Email Verification Status: Screenshots of my university email inbox active inside the portal, and the successfully verified academic email status within my GitHub billing settings.
Location & Billing Match: Screenshots of the Geolocation API proving my position at the campus, along with my GitHub Billing Information showing a matching address format.
Could a human reviewer please look into my case and verify my student status manually?
