Student Developer Pack application rejected again and again despite verified college email address and enrollment proof

Hi everyone,

Hello,

My GitHub username is raj25122005-tulas.

I am a current undergraduate student of B.Tech in CSE at Tula's Institute affliated with Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun. My email "dhanraj.202504310@tulas.edu.in" is verified on GitHub and i have also submitted the required supported documents but still my Student Developer Pack application has been rejected multiple times. Even, I have submitted:

1. My college student ID Card.
2. A screenshot of enrolled status

A current enrollment/class schedule from the University student portal showing my status as "Enrolled" as i have already submitted the screenshot of this.
My college issued student ID and screenshot of profile from University portal contain everything that requires like enrollment number, name, dob, mobile number, email, blood group, batch completion year.

Despite providing these documents, my applications are being rejected almost immediately. Could someone please advise what documentation is required or whether my application can be reviewed manually?
