Hi everyone,

I'm trying to access the gift educational package through my Viva institutional account, and it's been rejected more than 20 times for various reasons. After fulfilling all the requirements, it now says I need to activate location services, which are already activated, and I'm not using a VPN. I'm a distance learning student in an online program, so I don't need to be physically at the university, and I don't know what to do to activate this service. Perhaps it's not allowed for us.
