Hi everyone,

Hi team, I am trying to submit my proof of registration for the student account plan. However, the portal forces me to take a live picture using my camera instead of allowing a document upload. Because it's a photo of a document, the quality is quite blurry and the student details are hard to read. Is there an alternative way I can submit or upload the high-quality digital document directly to you?

I am having the same problem but i don't think any other solution is there my application had been rejected multiple times and i don't know what to do
