Enterprise cloud problems with copilot for business

Hi, we have paid for Copilot for Business licences and we decided to start a trial of enterprise cloud. We moved our org (which the CPB licences are attached to) to the enterprise and then found Copilot was disabled. We tried reporting a support ticket and have tried to raise our concerns with a sales representative and unfortunately have had nothing back. Fast forward this morning and we decided to pay for enterprise in order to unlock copilot.

When we go to the licencing page in enterprise there's a nice green button that say 'Re-enable Copilot'.

Unfortunately clicking this just gives an error banner on the page that says

'Copilot Enablement Error

An error occurred while enabling Copilot for your enterprise account.'

So, we're completely stuck and have been for over 3 working days now. None of our devs can access copilot.

Anyone got any experience of this or have suggestions?
