Hi everyone,

Hello GitHub Education Community,

I am a student at Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), India, currently enrolled in the Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Economics program.

My GitHub Student Developer Pack application has been rejected 5 times, even though I have submitted valid academic documents and carefully followed the verification instructions.

Documents submitted:

• IGNOU Student Identity Card
• June 2026 Hall Ticket (Term End Examination)
• IGNOU Re-registration Record

My GitHub profile name and billing information match my academic documents.

The rejection reasons repeatedly mention:
