If you just paid but your IDE still shows you are on a free tier, try logging out and logging back in to your GitHub account within your code editor (like VS Code) to force a token refresh. |

Hi! In most cases, GitHub Copilot Pro is activated almost immediately after your subscription is processed. I got access within a few minutes. Usually there isn't any manual approval process for a regular Copilot Pro subscription. If you've already subscribed and it's not showing up yet, it may take a little time for the changes to sync with your GitHub account. You can also try signing out and back in or checking your billing/subscription settings. Hope this helps! |

Hi everyone,
I would like to ask how long it usually takes to get access to GitHub Copilot Pro after applying/subscribing.
Is there any waiting time or approval process involved?
Thanks in advance for your help!
