CoPilot IntelliJ (JetBrain) plugin 1.11.1-251 breaks MCP tools in IntelliJ 2026.1.3

I had upgraded the GitHub CoPilot plugin for JetBrain IntelliJ to version 1.11.1-251 today. It breaks all my MCP tools. In particular, I use Atlassian MCP tools. It downloaded configuration of 31 tools but they are not registered in the ToolRegistry for the agent.

The tools ARE loaded at the IDE level, but they're NOT being registered in the ToolRegistry for agent access because the intellij.ml.llm.mcp module is missing.
This is a plugin architecture bug. The bridge between MCP and the agent tool system is broken.

I tried upgrading to IntelliJ 2026.1.3 (latest) but that didn't fix the problem.
