Linking apple account does not work

Linking an apple account to an existing github account does not work.

Repro steps:

1. click profile icon -> settings -> password and authentication
2. click "connect" next to apple
3. you are taken to the github login page
4. click sign in with apple
5. follow the sign in with apple prompts (i used the "hide my email" option)
6. you are redirected back to github

repeat step 1

see that next to apple it still says "connect"

I tried deleting my github connection from my apple account (because sign in with apple only lets you request personal information one time) and then repeated the steps above. No change in result.

I tried it myself earlier and got the same results as you. I hope they'll fix this soon.
