Hi everyone,

Hello, my educational application was rejected. Can I submit it again to try passing the verification once more?

When you click the "start an application" button, this is what opens up

Yeah, absolutely. Don't sweat it—getting rejected the first time is super common, usually because their automated scanners are incredibly picky. You can definitely try again.

Before you re-submit, just check the rejection email to see exactly what they flagged. It’s almost always something small, like:

• A blurry photo of your student ID.
• The document missing a current, visible date or school year.
• Your name on the document not matching your account name exactly.

Fix whatever they pointed out, make sure your document is crystal clear, and send it back through. You should be totally fine on the next go!
