Copilot Max account cannot access Claude models in VS Code

Hello GitHub Support,

My GitHub account bluedog123-teli is subscribed to Copilot Max, and the billing page clearly shows the active Max plan. However, in VS Code, Claude models still appear as “Upgrade” in the Copilot Chat model picker and cannot be selected.

What I have already verified:

The signed-in GitHub account in VS Code matches the Copilot Max billing account
Network diagnostics are normal
Local Copilot cache/keychain reset has already been performed
Copilot cloud agent Claude toggle is enabled on GitHub settings
Please check whether my account’s IDE chat model entitlement for Claude has been correctly provisioned, and refresh it if needed.
