Hi,
Currently we are using 19$ fixed business plan, with single allotted seat. As our team is growing, we want to expand the plan to copilot enterprise which we believe 39$/month/seat. The only problem is we are unable to find the upgrade button anywhere in our organization's billing section.
What we want is a clear guide how to upgrade and a details comparison with enterprise plan with another plan.
I have already raised a ticket with same issue, but it seems GitHub support do not care to reply of those tickets.

Also I have gone through the process described here I have followed instructions written here

If multiple organizations exist under your account, ensure you're viewing the billing settings for the correct organization.

To help investigate further, could you provide:

Whether the organization is on GitHub Enterprise Cloud.
A screenshot of the billing page where Step 4 should display the upgrade option (with any sensitive information redacted).
The organization's billing model (self-serve credit card billing vs. invoiced billing).

If the upgrade option is genuinely missing despite meeting the documented requirements, GitHub staff may need to review the account configuration and confirm whether the organization is eligible for the self-service Copilot Enterprise upgrade flow.

To help confirm this, could you verify whether you have access to Your enterprises from the GitHub profile menu? If no Enterprise account is listed there, that would explain why the Copilot Enterprise upgrade controls are not being displayed.

If there is no Enterprise account associated with your organization, we may need to engage the GitHub team to confirm the supported path for upgrading from Copilot Business to Copilot Enterprise in your current billing configuration.
