New to Github & needing help!

Hi! I'm not quite sure what to do here but I've been using AI to help me build and upload an app and I've been working for a whole month between days and hospitals and working. Well this morning I was working on my GitHub again and I discovered that I couldn't login on any of my devices using either one of my Gmail's. My Gmail are connected because I wouldn't upgraded to like a Gmail work email so either should work in neither did but since I could access my get help through my iPhone, I tried to get help through copilot. Copilot sent me to the portal, but the portal won't let me get help because I can't login. So then copilot gave me the email address for support and support. Bounced my email request for help back saying that I was blocked. Can anybody help me and find out what's going on?
