Microsoft Azure credits expiery (Billing and payments) #199511

this is unfortunately something that only github support can assist with, as community members don't have access to billing accounts or Azure sponsorship details. Since you've already opened a support ticket, I'd recommend replying to that existing ticket rather than creating a new one, especially given the approaching June 22 deadline. Updating the ticket can sometimes help ensure your request remains visible to the support team. |

Hi Nenad, GitHub Community members won’t be able to directly intervene in billing tickets or speed up responses, since billing and credit handling is managed only by GitHub Support and Microsoft billing systems. 1 - Since you’ve already opened a support ticket, the main step now is to wait for a response from GitHub Support, as they are the only team that can review Azure credit usage and billing closure requests. 2 - Keep monitoring the email linked to your ticket (including spam/junk folders), since billing teams often respond with specific instructions or require account verification. 3 - If your program credit is expiring on 22 June, it’s important to clearly mention this deadline in any follow-up reply to your existing ticket so it gets prioritized appropriately. 4 - Avoid opening duplicate tickets, as that can slow down processing. Instead, update the same ticket with any urgent details or clarification. 5 - Unfortunately, billing cycles between GitHub usage and Azure credit programs do not always align perfectly, and final reconciliation is handled directly by support after review. At this point, only GitHub Support can help with closing out charges and ensuring everything is applied correctly before your credits expire, so continuing through the existing ticket is the right approach. |

Hi,
We are currently using Azure credits through Microsoft StartupsHub to pay for Github usage. Our programme ends on 22 June and we would need to close/pay all costs up to that date with our Azure credits - before they expire.
As billing cycles may not match we would need your support in closing this transaction.
Can you please help us.
We have opened support ticket 5 days ago but there was no activity from github support.
best regards,
Nenad
