Hello
This is a very annoyin issue: my agent cannot load skills from plugins even if they see them. Only the workspace skill can be loaded.
For instance

the models understood that it needs to fetch jira ticket. it sees it has a skill called 'jira-fetch-issue' (i did not gave it the name i just said "if loading from jira, try to find the most suited skills related to it"). But it could not load it.
If i use the slash-command, it will work.
at the end it found the underlying
jiracli available and used it, but that is very problematic for plugin/marketplace adoption!Desired outcome
the skill tool allows loading skill from the workspace AND from the enabled plugins, including resources from these plugin skills...
