Force update marketplace may not really force update

Hello,

Today, I provide marketplace to my teams, with skills and agent. And when for instance you edit the tools of an agent directly, the file is modified in disk. This result in a dirty status in the git tree. This seems to prevent the update even with Update Plugins (force)
