Hey! That Since you've been waiting since 19 June and re-creating shows the subdomain is already taken, here's what I'd do: Open a direct support ticket (sign in with the owner account): When submitting, choose Enterprise Cloud > Account Management and include:
Specify it's a stuck provisioning state (not billing) — that routes it to the right team. A couple of things worth knowing while you wait:

Hello GitHub Support,
Our GitHub Enterprise Cloud trial for grapesberry-technologies-pvt-ltd has been stuck in the "Setup is in Progress" state since 19 June 2026.
We have not received the completion email, the Enterprise account does not appear under the owner's account, and attempting to create it again reports that the subdomain is already taken.
Could you please check the provisioning status and help complete or reset the setup?
