Hello GitHub Support,
Our GitHub Enterprise Cloud trial for grapesberry-technologies-pvt-ltd has been stuck in the "Setup is in Progress" state since 19 June 2026.
We have not received the completion email, the Enterprise account does not appear under the owner's account, and attempting to create it again reports that the subdomain is already taken.
Could you please check the provisioning status and help complete or reset the setup?

Hey! That "Setup is in Progress" state getting stuck is a known provisioning issue — it happens on GitHub's backend side, not something you can fix from your account.

Since you've been waiting since 19 June and re-creating shows the subdomain is already taken, here's what I'd do:

Open a direct support ticket (sign in with the owner account):

When submitting, choose Enterprise Cloud > Account Management and include:

• The subdomain name you tried (grapesberry-technologies-pvt-ltd)
• The org/owner account it was tied to
• Date: 19 June 2026
• That you never received the completion email
• That re-creating says the subdomain is already taken

Specify it's a stuck provisioning state (not billing) — that routes it to the right team.

A couple of things worth knowing while you wait:

• The Enterprise account genuinely won't appear under your owner account until provisioning completes — that's expected behavior
• GitHub Support can release the stuck subdomain manually once they look at it (usually within a business day or two)

Since Enterprise Cloud trial provisioning appears to be stuck and the subdomain is already reserved, this sounds like an issue that requires GitHub Support to investigate on the backend.

A few things you can verify while waiting:

1. Check whether the enterprise account appears under any other owner account that may have initiated the trial.

2. Confirm that the email address used for the trial signup received no verification or provisioning emails (including spam/junk folders).

3. Verify that the organization owner has the necessary permissions and billing access.

4. Note the exact:

   • Organization name
   • Enterprise subdomain
   • Date and time the trial was requested
   • Owner account username

Since the setup has been in progress since 19 June 2026 and the subdomain is already reserved, GitHub Support will likely need to either complete the provisioning process or reset the failed setup.

I recommend opening a support ticket if you have not already done so, as community members do not have access to enterprise provisioning systems.

Hopefully a GitHub staff member can review the status and provide an update.
