Hi @GoreMLOuc, I would reccomend not uploading the documents publicly here, or redact personal information first, because it contain personal/student information. For GitHub Education verification, I believe the upload flow normally expects a live camera/photo rather than a direct PDF upload. If it is saying the university name is missing, try taking one clear photo/screenshot where the full university name is visible as text, not just the logo. Your enrolment certificate is probably the strongest document, because it shows current enrolment and that the study mode is virtual. I would try capturing that document clearly, making sure the university name, your name, current academic dates and virtual/online study line are all visible in the same image. Also, reapply with the VPN turned off and allow browser location access. Since you study online in Spain but live in Belgium, if it still fails, I would contact GitHub Education Support and explain that you are a UOC distance-learning student living outside Spain.
