Hi everyone,

I am providing all the details of my student details but still it is not verifying saying your billing address name is not same as shown in transcript but i same yeah latters are small

If the issue is a name mismatch, try updating your GitHub billing/profile name so it matches the transcript exactly, including spelling and name order.

If the transcript uses a shortened name, upload another official document instead, such as an enrolment letter, student ID or class schedule, where your full name is clearer.

If it still fails, contact GitHub Education Support with the exact rejection message.

Dear my billing address name and transcript name is totally same yeah my name on billing address is in small alphabet and on transcript it is in capital, does this make an issue?

Capital letters alone should not normally cause a verification issue, but I would still update your GitHub billing/profile details so they match your transcript exactly, including capitalisation, spelling and name order.

Also check that your full legal name is shown, with no shortened version or missing middle name. If everything already matches, contact GitHub Education Support and include a screenshot of the rejection message so they can check the verification manually.
