Your location-based rejection occurs because GitHub’s automated system cross-references your current IP or GPS with your university's physical campus location. To bypass this and get verified while at home, do not wait until you return to campus. don't forget to click the Accept Solution button |

You do not have to wait until August 3rd to get verified. You can request a manual review, but you will need to bypass the automated system by opening a support ticket at https://support.github.com/. |

Verification Help & Guidance
Hi everyone,
Hi everyone,
I'm a full-time student and I'm having trouble getting verified for GitHub Education.
My application is repeatedly rejected with the following message:
"You appear to not be near any campus location for the school you have selected."
Here is my situation:
Is there any way to have my application manually reviewed, or should I wait until I return to campus before applying again?
Thank you for any guidance.
