Re-verification/Repeat Application

Hi everyone,

I have already submitted several applications as a teacher for the GitHub Education program. Unfortunately, dubious answers and feedback keep coming.

For example, it is constantly said that I am not recognized as a member of the school, although I have already submitted a certificate in German and English. Furthermore, we have a clear Education M365 e-mail address, with which everything should actually be clear. GitHub is guaranteed to know them too.

I have also provided all other data according to the e-mails, but there are constantly new wishes or something was not recognized. I urge you to switch to manual inspection. The AI test is unfortunately very disappointing and really embarrassing for such a well-known company.

If you don't feel like or don't have the money to support this program, then you should stop it. That's better than offering such a weird fake event here...

I just tried it again, and there is another dubious response, because something cannot be recognized. The detection process seems to be totally buggy and does not seem to work at all.

The whole thing has been dragging on for almost three weeks now. Unbelievable.

I have similar problems with this process. I think they want to sell their product from now on. They just should be clear on that. I agree this seems to be fake now

I have now tried it for the tenth time, because your scanning software or Photo software does not work at all and has problems with the recognition of the words as well as with the focus..

In addition, very strange requirements are made, which in my opinion violate privacy: for example, the location from which the photo is uploaded is recorded.

Of course, it was rejected again, because apparently I should also be at my educational institution on Sundays.

I contacted customer service again and submitted the documents via re-verify accordingly. Now it seems to have finally worked.

I have to be honest now and say that the customer service has responded well.
