The official complaint should be submitted via the GitHub Official Abuse Report Form to close the repository and ban the account. Additionally, you must contact your bank immediately to request a chargeback, as the payment was made through an external platform not managed |

There's been no good faith effort to refund my money.
Owner repo deleted the chat history on Telegram and there is no definite evidence.
