Since it's summer vacation and you're not near campus, you need to reapply from your university when the new semester starts.
Tips for your next application:

1. Apply from campus using mobile data (not WiFi)
2. Turn off any VPN
3. Submit a clear enrollment letter or student ID showing current enrollment
4. Make sure your full name on GitHub matches your documents exactly

Try applying again with clearer proof of enrollment, such as an enrollment certificate, a student id showing your academic term, or another official document from your school that shows you're enrolled for the current academic year or upcoming semester.
