Just to close the loop on the email suggestion — attribution is already correct on my side. My commits use my account's linked verified noreply email (22271048+brijrajk@users.noreply.github.com), and both PRs show as authored by me:

• [GLUTEN-11539][VL] Improve error message for unsupported spark.io.compression.codec in native shuffle apache/gluten#12333 (merged 2026-06-24)

So it looks like a background sync delay rather than an attribution issue. I'll give it another week, and if the Pull Shark badge still doesn't appear I'll open a support ticket with these PR links and merge dates. Posting here in case anyone has hit the same delay and knows whether it resolved on its own.

GitHub achievements can take some time to appear on your profile after merging PRs. The typical delay is anywhere from a few hours to a couple of days in some cases.

A few things to check:

1. Repository visibility: Make sure the repository is public. Private repo PRs do not count toward achievements.

2. Time delay: Even for public repos, the badge doesn't show up immediately. GitHub processes achievements in batches, so it can take 24-48 hours (or sometimes up to a week during high traffic).

3. PR authorship: The PR must be authored by you (not co-authored alone), and merged into the default branch of the public repo.

4. Your profile settings: Check that you have "Achievements" and "Highlights" enabled on your profile settings page: https://github.com/settings/profile (scroll to "Profile settings").

I verified your PRs at apache/gluten (both are public and merged), so everything looks correct. Give it a few more days and it should show up.
