Hi everyone,
I have tried to get the education benefits 5 times, and each time it gets rejected.
My university is within the approved names of the dropdown, my billing information is exactly the same as on my document (which is a student ID which mentions date, full name, name of university, university logo, my picture, website of the university). Each time my application gets rejected, no clear reason is provided, and the email just asks me to complete my profile setup again which i already have. I even tried signing out and signing back in but it still did not work.
The contact support page says that issues regarding education benefits for a student are no longer accepted as reasons to contact support and it redirects me to the community chat which is restricted for admins only.
