Student Application Rejected, but Rejection Reason is Completely Blank

Hi everyone,

Hi GitHub Education Team,

I am attempting to apply for the Student Developer Pack, but my application is being automatically rejected, and the rejection window is completely blank. It says "Please address the following issues and apply again," but there are no reasons listed below it.

I have already verified and completed the following steps:

• I filled out my billing information and set up two-factor authentication.
• My browser location services are enabled, and I am not using a VPN.
• My school email is added and fully verified on my account.
• The document I am trying to use clearly displays my full name, school name, and a current date.

Because the error message is totally empty, I am stuck and unable to see what the automated system wants me to fix. I have attached a screenshot of the blank error screen (image_410e89.png).

Could a community team member please look into my account or help me resolve this?
