Hello GitHub Support,
I am contacting you from another account because I cannot access my GitHub account associated with this email:
Affected account email / username: "Personal info edited by staff"
When I try to sign in, GitHub shows that my account has been suspended. Then, when I try to contact support or continue with the verification process, the system asks me to sign in again. After signing in, I am redirected back to the suspended account message, and this creates a loop:
Sign in → account suspended → sign in to proceed → account suspended again.
Because of this, I cannot properly submit a support request from the affected account.
I also tried the SMS verification process. I only made one SMS verification attempt, then I waited 24 hours before trying again, but the page still shows the message:
"You've reached your request limit, please try again later."
I have access to the account credentials. I know my username/email and password, but I cannot get past the suspension and verification loop.
Please help me regain access to the account, complete the required verification, or provide an alternative way to verify my identity and review the suspension.
