Request for review or deletion assistance for a disabled repository

Hello,

My personal repository Chocky1126/genshin-impact-helper has been disabled, and I can no longer access the repository settings page or delete the repository myself.

The message shown on the repository page is:
“This repository has been disabled. Access to this repository has been disabled by GitHub Staff due to a violation of GitHub's terms of service. Contact Support for more information or to request a review of this decision.”

I am the owner/admin of this personal repository, and I would like to request the following:

1. More information about why the repository was disabled;
2. A review of this disablement decision;
3. If the repository cannot be restored, assistance with deleting the repository.
