Unable to apply for GitHub Student Developer Pack after moving my school email to a new account

Hi everyone,

Hello GitHub Education Team,

I previously had a GitHub account named shamkumar21 that was associated with my school email.

I no longer use that account.

I have successfully:

Unlinked my school email from the old account.
Added and verified the same school email on my current GitHub account Shamkumar24.

However, when I apply for GitHub Education, I receive the following error:

"This email has already been used to obtain an academic discount on GitHub account(s) shamkumar21."

Could you please help me transfer my GitHub Education eligibility to my current account or remove the previous association so I can apply again?
