My account is currently locked out because the system failed to reset my AI credit quota when my full $39.00 monthly cycle began on June 9th. It is incorrectly pulling in usage from early June that belongs to my previous prorated period.
My Account & Subscription Timeline:
May 21: Upgraded to the $39 package mid-cycle. The system correctly prorated the remaining days and charged a partial payment of $17.77.
June 9: My first full monthly cycle under the new plan officially started, and a successful payment of $39.00 was processed.
The Problem:
The dashboard tracking window is set from June 1 to July 1 and is dragging old data across my June 9th renewal boundary.
The Exact Credit Breakdown:
Prorated Cycle Usage (June 1 – June 5): 3,998.95 credits (Should be allocated to the May 21–June 8 prorated window).
Current Cycle Usage (June 16 – June 18): 1,558.85 credits (My only actual usage since my $39 payment).
Because the system is counting the ~4,000 credits from early June against my June 9th payment allotment, it shows I am completely out of credits. Based on my actual usage since my June 9th renewal, I should still have approximately 5,441 credits remaining for my current June 9 to July 9 cycle.
Anybody have idea whats going on? I have a ticket with support but its 4 weeks not but no any response from supports.
