Hi, Based on the errors you're seeing ("Owner is being deleted" and "The owner of this fork is deleted"), this sounds like an account state issue rather than a problem with your browser, VS Code, or local configuration. Since you've already opened a support ticket, I'd recommend continuing to reply to that same ticket instead of creating a new one. Adding any new information there keeps everything in one place and helps avoid duplicate requests. Unfortunately, the GitHub Community can't review or escalate support tickets, and only GitHub Support can investigate an account that's been flagged as being deleted or restore its normal state. While you're waiting, there isn't much you can do from your side if the issue affects all platforms. The best you can do is:

Hello everyone,
I am looking for some guidance regarding a GitHub account issue.
I opened a GitHub Support ticket (#4493926) about 16 days ago, but I have not yet received a response from the support team.
My account is accessible, I can log in normally, and my email is verified. However, I cannot create repositories or fork public repositories.
The errors I receive are:
• "Owner is being deleted, so new repository cannot be created."
• "The owner of this fork is deleted."
This happens on the GitHub website, the GitHub mobile app, and Visual Studio Code, so it appears to be an account issue rather than a local setup problem.
I understand that community members cannot access or modify accounts, but I wanted to ask:
