Hi everyone,

I have been trying to apply for Github Education for the past two days and my application has repeatedly been rejected. I am an incoming freshman for Fall of 2026 at my institution and tried submitting my acceptance letter alongside a letter from my enrollment office. The letter from my enrollment office is provided below and unfortunately contains very limited information because I have not yet arrived at campus. The application also has a problem with my location being off campus at my permanent residence rather than on campus. On top of all of this all photos that I have taken have shown up blurry despite the preview looking clear. I tried manually uploading the base64 image by utilizing the google inspect tool but that too ended up with a failed application citing that my document was missing my name, school name and date despite them all being on the document. Is there anything I am doing wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
