Not sure where else to ask this.. password reset emails are not coming through, a password manager saved password stopped working.. the NPM support page not working to create tickets at https://www.npmjs.com/support?inquire=account

Both Dia browser and Safari, cookies cleared page fully refreshed, on 2 different systems. When trying to send the support ticket:

Tested on a mobile browser on a mobile connection (confirmed via IP checking websites, entirely different IP network than my home ISP), the npmjs.com/support pages load as usual but the actual POST when sending the form has the same error.

Is there some trick I'm looking for on https://status.npmjs.org/ ? It says everything is up and running without issues, if status pages are to be believed. Does submitting a ticket work for yourself?
