Copilot in GitHub

In fact, I have been trying to use the ollama plugin in the extension plugin, but currently, the functionality implemented by this plugin is not as complete as the ollama plugin supported by Copilot itself, such as the display of thought chains and the way tools are called. I also noticed that the ollama plugin defaults to calling the "/api/chat" dialogue interface instead of "/v1/chat/completeness", which in my opinion is inconsistent in behavior. Therefore, in my opinion, the functionality implemented by this plugin is too single. At least so far, I have no intention of using this plugin, and I hope that the original ollama access entry in Copilot will not be deleted until this ollama plugin is perfected
