Hi everyone,

Hi everyone,

I tried so many times today to renew my education subscription. I sent the original ID from my university, than they said it could not be approved and that I should use the camera. I downloaded the ID card, took a picture and tried many times and still not approved.

I am in an endless loop, I read the documentation and all seems good. The image is clean, the university name is there with my name etc.
