Hi! Looking at the screenshot you shared, I notice that the two $63.88 transactions (July 5 and July 6) are both marked as Declined, while the successful charges are the $29.00 payments. If those two $63.88 transactions are only showing as Declined in your GitHub payment history, they were likely authorization/payment attempts rather than completed charges. However, if your bank or credit card statement shows that both amounts were actually deducted, then it's a billing issue that only GitHub Support can investigate. Since you already have an open support ticket, I'd recommend replying to that same ticket with: Your ticket number. If the charges are only pending authorizations, they often disappear automatically within a few business days depending on your bank. If they've been fully posted, GitHub Billing will need to review and issue any appropriate refund. Hopefully this helps clarify what's happening, and I hope Support gets your case resolved soon. |
