Hi everyone,

Hello GitHub Education Team,

I am requesting a manual review of my GitHub Student Developer Pack application because it keeps being rejected even though I am currently enrolled at my university.

Here is what I have already done:

• I enabled Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).
• I completed my Billing Information.
• I updated my GitHub profile with my full legal name.
• My full name in my GitHub profile and Billing Information is exactly the same as it appears on my official university enrollment document.
• I signed out and signed back into my GitHub account before reapplying.

I have also tried applying from multiple devices and browsers, including Chrome, Brave, Firefox, and a desktop computer.

Another issue I encountered is that on some devices the verification page only allows taking a photo with the camera instead of uploading my document, which significantly reduces the image quality. Even when I managed to upload a higher-quality document, my application was still rejected.

I am attaching my official proof of current enrollment. Could you please review my application manually and let me know exactly what is preventing my verification?

If there is any specific issue with my document or account, I would greatly appreciate your guidance so I can resolve it.
