Hello Everyone,

My personal GitHub account has been suspended with the message:

"Access to your account has been suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service."

I would like to request a review of my account and understand the reason for the suspension.

Unfortunately, when I try to access the GitHub Support portal to contact support, I receive a 403 Forbidden error, which prevents me from submitting a support request through the normal process.
