Hi everyone,

I'm facing the rejection issue "Please use your device camera to submit academic affiliation documents." everytime on the submission of application. Anyone know why is this happening and what's the solution to that?

Try using your phone's camera to capture a clear photo of your original student ID or enrollment document. Avoid scanned, cropped, or edited images.

I can't take an unedited image that isn't under the max file size limit. What do I do?
