If you've already submitted recovery tickets, there's unfortunately not much the community can do. I'd suggest replying to your existing support ticket instead of creating new ones, and include your original username, the email linked to the account, and the approximate date the compromise happened. Multiple tickets can sometimes slow the process. Hope you're able to recover your account soon. |

Hi everyone,
I am trying to reach a community manager or support agent regarding a severe account takeover incident that occurred on July 1, 2026.
On that day, I received a rapid sequence of automated security emails showing my account password was changed, followed immediately by my 2FA authentication app being swapped out and security recovery codes being changed, completely locking me out of my profile. After a day or two the attacker took over, the account was suspended (likely due to automated abuse triggers caused by the attacker).
I have been contributing to this profile for almost 4 years, and all of my work vanished instantly.
I have attempted to submit an official appeal/support ticket via the unauthenticated forms using the original email tied to the account. I also created a ticket from a secondary account but have not received a response.
I understand that the community forum cannot directly modify account statuses or handle individual suspensions, but I am completely locked out of the standard support loop due to these technical errors. Could a community team member please help route this or ensure my situation can be reviewed by the Trust & Safety / Recovery team?
