[BUG]: Microsoft IME non-English input bug at "search input" in GitHub Docs

Description:

When I use Microsoft IME to input Chinese into the top right "search input" , the first character will be typed onto the input box lead to the IME lose this character and cannot work properly.

I reckon that it probably appears to every non-English user who use IME.
I find out this bug only occurs in https://docs.github.com/en, while the main page https://github.com does not.

This could be further explained in the gif below. The first input get "g-ithub" which is wrong. The second input get "github" which is correct and the IME suggests "GitHub" properly.
