Nova-3 Chinese transcription has no punctuation even when Punctuation is enabled

Hi Deepgram team,

I noticed that when using Nova-3 Pre-recorded to transcribe Chinese audio, the transcript does not include punctuation, even when Punctuation is enabled.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Deepgram Playground
2. Go to Pre-recorded: Upload audio
3. Upload this audio file:
   https://media.xyzcdn.net/68981df29e7bcd326eb91d88/lifY6z4XND4-vT9qQvxv_Pccs7FP.m4a
4. Use Nova-3
5. Enable the following options:
   • Smart Format
   • Diarization
   • Punctuation
   • Paragraphs
6. Run the transcription

Expected behavior

The Chinese transcript should include punctuation marks, such as commas and periods.

Actual behavior

The transcript contains Chinese text, but almost no punctuation is added.

Could you help check whether punctuation is currently supported for Chinese with Nova-3, or whether this is a bug?
