Feature Request: support Ghostel / replace vterm

Recently became aware of Ghostel, which leverages libghostty-vt, the VT engine behind the Ghostty terminal.

See the comparison between Ghostel and vterm to get a feel for the quality-of-life improvements that it affords, not least of which is the 30 fps vs. 10 fps refresh rate, which is pretty sick IMHO.

As a side note, work is underway to replace libvterm with libghostty-vt on Neovim.

Just wanted to put it into our collective radar.

I'm aware of it and look forward to adding a :term ghostel module. I'm just preoccupied with prepping for v3 so it might be a week or two before I get to it. PRs are welcome!

Would you accept a PR to modules-contrib if that repo is ready for contributions? I've started a term module there for ghostel and testing it locally.
