Replace browse-on-remote with git-link

Replace browse-on-remote was approved to be replace git-link.

I can add additional enhancements but not sure what there is to add.
Perhaps add a key bind to invoke git-link-dispatch?

Thanks for working of this! I for one was not aware of this functionality at all (be it browse-on-remote or git-link), so up until now, I was painstakingly copy-pasting commit ids from Doom to the browser. Even though Doom is compact, still it has quite a surface to be learned…

Your commit looks quite mature at this point, IMHO, so I’d suggest going ahead and opening a PR proper, so that Henrik can take a look at it, as well as being easier to test for others, and discuss possible tweaks, if any.

And also IMHO, I’d welcome having the key bind to invoke git-link-dispatch, specially since the recent commit doomemacs/core@5e668c1 that decouples transient config from magit.

I will wait to see if there is a recommended keybind for git-link-dispatch before I add it.
