Gui showing up empty after a while

@eporocrail may I ask you if you ever seen this happening to you? egeoffrey/egeoffrey-gui#41

I'm struggling with this since a while and I have no explanation how files in an isolated container can get deleted without anything else running on it. After a varying number of days the gui is running, I get this happening pretty consistently and wondering if you ever seen it.
